FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION AND FREEDOM OF SPEECH



Since I started protesting publicly in my real  life in my movil protest in my car and in my social reds the Satanic Sect from the Dallas Police and the christian protestants had been  putting me obtacles to my freedom of expresion and had giving me a serie of indirect punishments in difent ways since sending the christian protestants to make me all kind of provocations until fight me atacking me physically and also giving me invented extra traffic  tickets or inclusiive jailing me when I culdnt pay them due the had economic harassment they had made me along these seven years  avoiding me to work and earn my own money dropping me all ways I had tried to earned.
The Dallas Police and those christian protestants  use al kind of arguments to put the people against me
at the begimig was just attacking me the christian protestants Joel osteen followers and the Dallas Police 
but when I started protesting publicly tired of their harassment and when they was leaving me without money, food, electricity, water, etc they started making it bigger the harassment 
also using the community  inclusive organizing all the neighborhood where I had lived around Dallas  to put them aganst me inciting them to harass me, bother me provoking me and make me all kind of despicable things and actions and manipulating them with all kind of lies, arguments, slanders and defamations as they used to do it . One of their srupid arguments is that I am making my protest in my social red Facebook and in You tube, goodle using the stupid argument that the children could see my protest. 
I ASK TO THIS PEOPLE IN WHICH STUPID HEAD KEEP THE IDEA THAT I WILL NOT BE PROTESTING AGAINST THE DALLAS POLICE ABUSES AND INJUSTICES ABUSES OF AUTHORITHY, PREPOTENCY, OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE ETC.   AND THE ABUSES FROM THOSE MILLIONAIRES AND FROM THE HUNDRED OF CHRISTIAN PROTESTANT PEOPLE THAT HAD HARASSING ME, PSYCHOLOGIALLY, SOCIALLY, EMOTIONALLY.  RELIGIOUS AND ECONOMICALLY STALKING ME  SINCE SEVEN YEARS AGO FOR THEIR IGNORANCE AND  STUPID BELIEFS, LIES AND SLANDERS? 
AND LOTS IGNORANT PEOPLE HAD HARASSING ME STALKING ME DUE THAT STUPID ARGUMENT THAT THE DALLAS POLICE AND THOSE CHRISTIAN PROTESTANTS USE ONE TIME AND ANOTHER TO CONVINCING AND BRAINWASHING THEM INCLUDING THE SAME HIGHT SCHOOL PEOPLE, UNIVERSITIES SUDENTS, PARENTS, THE CHRISTIAN PROTESTANTS AND OTHERS MAKING ME ALL KIND OF DEVILISHES ACTS EVERYDAY AS IN MY HOUSE AS IN THE PLACE WHERE I HAVE MY LITTLE STORE. TRYING TO PASSED AS CIVIC WHEN IS NOT CIVIC IF NOT RELGIOUS BECAUSE THE CHRISTIAN PROTESTANTS ARE THE ONES THAT STARTED ALL THESE MOVEMENT OF HATE AGAINST ME. USING OTHERS AT THEIR CONVENIENCES. 
JUST TO COVER THEMSELVES AND TO HIS PASTOR JOEL OSTEEN. 
NOONE ASK THEMSELVES THAT IF I AM PROTESTING IS BECAUSE THE INJUSTICES THAT ME AND MY FAMILY WE ARE SUFFERING FROM THESE PEOPLE AND FROM THE DALLAS POLICE
HEY JUST CONTINUE THEIR CHAIN OF HATE AGAINST ME. 
TO USE THE SOCIAL REDS THE PEOPLE MUST BE 13 YEARS AND OLDER AN SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT. BESIDES MY PROTEST IS NOTHING NEGATIVE, ALL THE OPPOSITE IS A POSITIVE THING. I AM CLAIMING MY RIGHTS! HUMAN, CIVIL AND LEGAL RIGHTS THAT THE DALLAS POLICE AND THOSE MILLIONAIRES WITH THEIR MONEY AND THE CHRISTIAN PROTESTANTS HAD PRIVATED ME. NOT ALLOWING ME ANY LEGAL FORMALITIES OF MANY GUBERNAMENTAL SERVICES AND LEGAL SERVICE INCLUDING THE SERVICES OF THE MEXICAN CONSULATED, HUMAN RIGHTS WATCH ETC. INCLUSIVE CATCHING ALL MY EMAILS, NOT ALLOWING THEM TO ARRIVE TO THE PLACES I TRY TO SENT THEM AS TO THE HUMAN RIGHTS WATCH AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS AS WOMEN ORGANIZATIONS. 
BECAUSE THESE SATANIC SECT FROM THE DALLAS POLICE AND THOSE CHRISTIAN PROTESTANTS GO IN ADVANCE AND MANIPULATED THE PEOPLE AGAINST ME WITH THEIR LIES AND SLANDERS AS THEY ARE FOLLOWING ME AND TRACKING AND LISTENNING EVERUTHING I DO WITH THEIR HIDE CAMERAS OR HIDED MICROPHONES THEY KNOW WHERE I GOING OR WHENT OR WITH WHO. THEN THEY ARRIVE IN ADVANCE AND MANIPUATED THE PEOPLE THAT WOEK IN THOSE PLACES AGAINST ME TELLING THEM THAT NOT GIVE ME THE SERVICE THAT I AM LOOKING FOR OR THAT MAKE ME DESPICABLE THINGS AND ACTIONS USING ALL KIND OF LIES AND SLANDERS OR FAKE ARGUMENTS AGAINST ME. 
THAT IS ABUSE OF AUTHORITHY, PREPOTENCY AND OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE. THE STUPID PEOPLE OBEY AS A WELL TRAINED BULLYDOG  
THIS IS A COMPLETE COMPLOT AGAINST ME FOR MY FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION AND FREEDOM OF SPEECH WHEN THE USA CONSTITUTION AND THE DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS  GIVE ME MY INNENAIBLE  RIGHTS. AS MOST OF THE PEOPLE DON'T KNOW THE USA ONSTITUTION THE DALLAS POLICE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THOSE IGNORANTS USING THEM AGAINST ME THINKING THAT ARE RIGHT WHEN THEY ARE NOT. 
THE USA CONSTITUTION SAY:

17th-century English philosopher John Locke discussed natural rights in his work, identifying them as being "life, liberty, and estate (property)", and argued that such fundamental rights could not be surrendered in the social contract. Preservation of the natural rights to life, liberty, and property was claimed as justification for the rebellion of the American colonies. As George Mason stated in his draft for the Virginia Declaration of Rights,

 "all men are born equally free," and hold "certain inherent natural rights, of which they cannot, by any compact, deprive or divest their posterity."[19]

 Another 17th-century Englishman, John Lilburne (known as Freeborn John), who came into conflict with both the monarchy of King Charles I and the military dictatorship of Oliver Cromwell governed republic, argued for level human basic rights he called "freeborn rights" which he defined as being rights that every human being is born with, as opposed to rights bestowed by government or by human law.


Cruel and unusual punishment is a phrase describing punishment that is considered unacceptable due to the suffering, pain, or humiliation it inflicts on the person subjected to the sanction.

Furthermore, every man is responsible for his own faith, and he must see it for himself that he believes rightly. As little as another can go to hell or heaven for me, so little can he believe or disbelieve for me; and as little as he can open or shut heaven or hell for me, so little can he drive me to faith or unbelief. Since, then, belief or unbelief is a matter of every one's conscience, and since this is no lessening of the secular power, the latter should be content and attend to its own affairs and permit men to believe one thing or another, as they are able and willing, and constrain no one by force.[18]
